Caulk Tube Bulb Driver
Try this great trick for unscrewing a tough-to-reach light bulb.
How many carpenters does it take to change a light bulb? I’ll answer that question in a minute. First, let me explain the situation, which I’m sure others have experienced and may have their own great solutions for. I’ve come across some outdoor sconces that are just too small to get my hand into to change the bulb. It’s frustrating, to say the least. Who designs these things?! Do they ever actually try to change the bulb? The last time this happened, a light bulb finally came on in my head! I grabbed a tube of caulk and used it to grip the bulb. The end of the caulk tube fit perfectly around the end of the bulb just enough to twist the light bulb right out.
So, how many carpenters does it take to change a light bulb? One…and a tube of caulk. — Spike Carlsen
